SKID & Package Units

Providing solutions for the industry

The skid sector, an increasingly important segment of the market, sees SRCM as a key player in a phase of strong expansion. Our company is able to provide three core activities dedicated to this technology: design, production, and support for both our own skids and those manufactured by others (including maintenance, retrofitting, etc.).

Our skid systems can be manufactured, depending on customer process requirements, using a wide range of materials, from carbon and low-alloy steel to stainless steel, SAF alloys, Hastelloy, nickel, titanium, and Monel, as well as thermoplastic polymers such as Moplen, PVC, PVC-C, HDPE, and PTFE.

We have extensive experience in designing and constructing skid systems with piping and related accessories, also made entirely from composite thermosetting materials. These systems use various types of matrices, such as epoxy and vinyl ester resins, combined with high-modulus, high-strength reinforcements like S2 glass, Kevlar, and carbon fibers.
Structural supports can be produced entirely from metal, composite materials, or hybrid metal–composite solutions, depending on performance and environmental requirements.
We place particular emphasis on the design and engineering of the structural elements of our skid systems. Our goal is to deliver efficient, lightweight, modular, and easily transportable units that accomodate future needs for assembly, modification, or expansion.
